Azura - Lvl req. 2 - Reward: Azura's Star (reusuable grand soul gem)
o   To learn the location of this quest read "Modern Heretics". Follow Main Questline to easily learn the location. The location however is in the Jerall Mountains north of Lake Arrius (NE of Cheydinhal).
o   At the shrine speak to Mels Maryon. Persuade him to a disposition of at least 50 and he'll tell you that to summon the Goddess you must offer her glow dust at dawn or dusk (5-7am / 5-7pm). To acquire either kill a Will-o-the-Wisp or try to buy from Alchemists.
o   She sends you to "The Gutted Mine" southwest of your location. Kill all of the vampires here and return to her. Make sure to kill the two behind the hidden door in the NW corner. I recommend detect life here to make sure you can see them all.
o   Return to the Shrine and you will be awarded the item Azura's Star which is a reusable Grand Soul Gem.

Sheogorath - Lvl req. 2 - Reward: Funny Staff with Transmute Abilities
o   This took me forever to find. It's about halfway between Bravil and Leyawiin. Follw the road southeast out of Bravil. When it passes the Ayleid ruin Bawn, it turns south-southwest, crosses a nameless river, and forms a C as it climbs and then drops down a hill north of Fort Nomore. Head southwest after you pass the fort. Should see the statue as you head in this direction.
o   Talk to Ferul Ravel who tells you to make an offering of Lettuce, a Lesser Soul Gem, and Yarn. (All easily found around towns)
o   Head back to the shrine and activate it with these items now. Sheogorrath wishes for you to fake a prophecy in a local town. Head to the Border Watch. Once there ask a townsman about "K'sharra Prophecy." You will be sent to talk to Ri'Bassa. Get his disposition above 60 and he'll discuss the three pieces you have to do. The three pieces are vermin, famine, and fear. You yourself will be doing vermin / famine.
o   First the vermin. Ri'Bassa discusses a cheese museum. Head to the museum. Speak to S'thasa. She discusses a powerful cheese that if cooked in the pot outside would lure rats. The cheese is in a display case and is called Olroy cheese. Pick the lock on the case when she's sleeping (10pm-4am) steal the cheese and place it in the pot outside. Lots of rats now come. Might as well help kill the rats once they appear.
o   Now head to the sheep pen south of the inn. Butcher these animals with you weapon or poison them by activating the feed trough with rat poison from the stairway to the inn. You will need to kill six sheep.
o   After this Sheogorrath talks to you. Return to the stairs and descend to the first cross path. You should be locked in place here and simply watch the show. After that return to the shrine of Sheogorrath for your item.
o   The item is Wabbajack. For 20 seconds the staff transmutes a creature into any other creature. It's completely random and a blast to play with. Still illegal to use on good NPCs however.

Namira - Lvl req. 5 - Reward: Ring of Namira (reflect damage/spells)
o   The shrine is located east-southeast of Bruma. When you reach the shrine talk to Hrolfrodi the Harrier. To do this you must look loathsome to summon the daedra. How to do this lower your personality.
o   There are many different strategies to do this, but there is only one intelligent one. Simply goto a local town and stock up on liquor. Preferably wine. Look for lowers personality in the alchemical traits and get back to the shrine. Your goal is to lower your personality to 20 or lower. Once drunk activate the shrine.
o   Namira sends you to the shrine Anga to the south. Here you must use a spell given to you called Namira's Shroud. Find the four priests here and cast shroud on them. Each priest will be killed by other forces. Do not, I repeat, do not kill the priests with your own hand. You will acquire no reward. After all priests are dead you will recieve a notice saying you can go back to the shrine. On a side note there are two great chests with two strong undead guarding them in the SE corner of the Anga.
o   Return to Namira to acquire your reward. The Ring of Namira is a ring with a reflect damage and reflect spell enchantment.

Vaermina - Lvl req. 5 - Reward: Staff that clones its target
o   Ontus Vanin in Talos Plaza can tell you the location of the shrine. It's southwest of Cheydinhal on the east shore of Lake Poppad. At the shrine speak to Aymar Douar. He says to bring a Gand Black Soul gem to offer.
o   Hard part - to get a Grand Black Soul gem you either need to... goto a Necromancer lair and hope for a drop (nearest lair - Dark Fissure straight east across the Reed River headwaters). Or you must buy a grand sould gem and have a soul trap spell once having both of these head to a necromancer altar. (Located at Dark Fissure, Fort Istirus (east of Kvatch), Fort Linchal (north-northeast of Kvatch), or Wendelbek (between two north headwaters of Panther river). Altars can only transform the gems on days where there is a spectral light emitting into the sky from the shrine. When it does place your soul gem in the altar and cast soul trap on the altar. Now you have a  Black Soul gem take it.
o   Go back and activate Vaermina's shrine. She sends you to Arkved's tower to acquire an orb. Arkved's tower is south-southeast of the shrine atop a hill.
o   The dungeon itself is seven layers deep. Layer one furniture is on the ceiling, layer two a dark void, layer three giant furniture that segways into a wilderness, layer four weird sequence of halls and closets, layer five dark hall of corpses, layer six typical dungeon stretch, layer seven "Death Quarters" where the wizard lies unconscious. Wander through here read what you want for storyline, but grab the Orb of Vaermina. There is a trapdoor along the northeast wall that makes leaving a lot easier.
o   Head back to Vaermina's shrine to get your reward. The Skull of Corruption. This toy will allow you to create a clone of its target. Fun to play with because the original target will fight its clone.

Sanguine - Lvl req. 8 - Reward: Daedra Summoning Staff
o   In Skingrad you can learn of Sanguine's Shrine. Talk to either Falanu Hlaalu at "All thing Alchemical" (regarding Daedra Cult) or talk to Fadus Calidius at the fighters guild (regarding Daedra Shrines). In between Weynon priory and Kvatch it is located. Also located southwest of Weatherleah Estate.
o   Once there talk to Engorm who tells you to offer Cryodillic Brandy. Easiest way to acquire is to go to "The Main Ingredient" in the Imperial City Market District. Buy it here. Activate the shrine with it. Sanguine sends you to Castle Leyawiin with a spell "Stark Reality" to liven up the party.
o   When you get there a guard guards the dining hall. Wait until 6p.m. then raise the guards disposition to 70+. He will now let you in. Once inside cast the spell. Everyone gets naked. Yep naked. When the guards bust in I recommend allowing them to arrest you. For safetys sake. Running around naked is a bit dicey eh?
o   Head back to the shrine to acquire the Sanguine Rose a staff that can summon daedra. Also your belongings are in a chest nearby.

Malacath - Lvl req. 10 - Reward: Hammer Volendrung (paralyze/drain health)
o   In Anvil talk to Pinarus Inventius who lives at the west end of the city but hangs out at the mages guild as well. Head north out of the city, turnoff for Lord Drad's Estate, at the estate hook north and west around the hill behind the manor house. Here is the shrine. At disposition 50 talk to Shobo gro-Rugdush. Malacath likes troll fat. Easiest place to acquire the wild and at Veyond northeast of Leyawiin, also Tidewater Cave southeast of Leyawiin on Topal Bay. After acquiring activate the shrine.
o   Go talk to Drad tell him "I admire your efforts." If you mess up talk to Lady Drad instead. Head to the Bleak Mine to the east. Pick the lock and enter. Either sneak or battle your way through this area. I recommend killing the guards. Afterward release all the Orcs.. either by keys or lockpicking. Then return to the shrine.
o   Malacath offers you a great hammer Volendrung which has paralyze and drain health enchants on it.

Meridia - Lvl req. 10 - Reward: Ring of Khajiti (chameleon/fort. speed)
o   Head west-northwest of Skingrad the shrine is located between Cursed Mine and Shardrock Farm. Here speak to Basil Ernarde to learn that you should offer Meridia either Bonemeal or Ectoplasm. (Bonemeal from Skeletons / Ectoplasm from ghosts). Activate the shrine and follow directions to Howling Cave east of Castle Skingrad.
o   At the Cave head down the northern passage and open the secret door. Kill five necromancers. Afterwards head back to Meridia for your Ring of Khajiti which has a chameleon and fortifty speed enchantment on it.

Nocturnal - Lvl req. 10 - Reward: Unbreakable Lockpick
o   Talk to Alves Uvenim in the Leyawiin Mages Guild. Head up the road that runs east of the Upper Nibem from Leyawiin. No offering is required here. When you re-enter Leyawiin after visiting the shrine nobody will know anything about the "Eye of Nocturnal". Speak to any male imperial in Leyawiin regarding "Leyawiin" to learn that Weebam-Na and Bejeen have a valuable jewel.
o   Head to a pond between the Great Chapel and the Castle. His house is here. Talk to both the people here. Your questlog suggests eavesdropping on their conversations... Leave and return sneaking. Once you overhear the important stuff your quest markers will update you to go to Tidewater Cave (southeast of the city). Head there and plow through the creatures inside. Make your first left and then a left at the T intersection. The eye is at the end of an underwater passage.
o   Return to the shrine to acquire your Skeleton Key ... the unbreakable lockpick.

Peryite - Lvl req. 10 - Reward: Shield with reflect spell
o   Located southeast of Silverfish River, east of Imperial Bridge Inn. No offering needed simply activate the shrine. You're sent to a specific Oblivion.
o   You arrive in Oblivion facing north. The five souls can be acquired in any order. Soul of Ilvel is southwest near the door to a small tower. The soul of Er-Teeus is north of Ilvels near a small dungeon called the Sightless Grotto. Kewan's sould is to the northeast through the dungeon and the northeast and east. After this head southeast of Kewan to another dungeon where there are several daedra. You are now near an island with a leaning tower. When you exit you'll see Maren's soul near a gate of fire. Once back on the mainland head south through an archway where there are suspended corpses. Many daedra, but at the west end you'll find Mirie's soul. There should now be a blue portal north of where you arrived. This will take you back to the shrine.
o   Peryite rewards you with Spell Breaker a shield with a reflect spell enchantment.

Mephala - Lvl req. 15 - Reward: Blade (silence / absorb health enchants)
o   Talk to Ontus Vanin in Talos Plaza (regarding Daedra Shrines) and Luther Broad from the Elven Gardens (regarding Imperial City). Head to Lake Rumare's northwest corner to find Roxey Inn. From here head northeast up a steep hill to find the shrine. Speak to Dredena Hlavel to learn you need to offer nightshade between midnight and dawn.
o   To get nightshade head to The Main Ingredient in the Imperial City Market District. There should be some lying loose about. If not try the library of the Mages guild in Chorrol. Afterwards head back between midnight and dawn (6am) to offer the nightshade.
o   Head west-northwest across the Silver Road for Bleakers Way. You are to kill the local leaders Hrol Ulfgar and Nivan Dalvilu and frame the other parties. First acquire Dalvilu dagger from his residence which is on a table on your right as you enter his house. Next go to Ulfgars house at the west end of the village. Grab the Ulfgars family ring near the base of the attic stairs. Now wait in their respective houses and kill them individually. Plant the evidence on the corpses by manually transferring the item to the corpse. Next report to someone in town that you saw them fight. Watch a tremendous fight ensue. Don't kill everyone or you'll sacrifice your reward.
o   Your reward an Ebony Blade with silence and health absorb enchantments.

Hircine - Lvl req. 17 - Reward: Light Armor (resist magic enchantment)
o   Talk to Ontus Vanin who you should know by now. He is in Talos Plaza. He'll give you the location. Swim across Lake Rumare from the Waterfront District. Head east on the Red Ring Road to the Ayleid ruin Sardavar Leed.  Head up the hill south-southeast to the shrine. Speak Vajhira and tell her you're a hunter. She tells you to offer a Bear or Wolf pelt to the shrine.
o   You should be able to hunt one out locally otherwise it is very easy to buy a bear pelt or wolf pelt from vendors in the Market District of the Imperial City. Activate the shrine Hircine sends you to kill a Unicorn. Head to Harcane Grove south-southeast you will find a Unicorn with three Minotaurs around it. Kill the whole crowd and grab the Unicorn horn. Return to Hircine's Shrine and acquire your reward. Hircine gives you the Savior's Hide a light armor with Resist magic enchantment on it.

Molag Bal - Lvl req. 17 - Reward: Mace (dmg magicka/strength)
o   Head due west of Imperial City from Talos Plaza. You'll pass Breakneck Cave and then Narfinsel Ruins. At Narfinsel head south-southeast to find the shrine at a clearing in the woods. Talk to Armir who tells you that your offering should be a Lion Pelt. These are acquired off of Mountain Lions. Mountain Lions can be found in the plains, mountains, highlands, and occasionally rainforests. Not a difficult find nor a simplistic one.
o   Activate the shrine. Molag Bal gives you a Cursed Mace. Head to the Brindle Home deep to the southwest. Ask a few villagers about Pentilius then go and talk to him. You cannot sway him. At 10a.m.-ish follow him to his wife's grave. Deposit the mace nearby and smack him around a little. Talk to him again. He will now beat you down. You'll appear in front of Molag Bal and acquire your reward. The Mace of Molag Bal which has damage magicka and strength enchants.

Boethia - Lvl req. 20 - Reward: Sword 22 atk with fire enchant
o   Talk to Bora gra-Uzgash at Borba's Goods and Stores east of Cheydinhal's West Gate. Talk to her about Daedric Shrines. The shrine location is FAR southeast. At the shrine talk to Haekwon. He tells you to offer a Daedra Heart. Grab one out of an Oblivion gates Dremora. Activate the shrine.
o   From here you will run an arena like circuit of one-on-one battles. Be prepared with potions and all the necessary items for long-term battles. You will fight nine consecutive battles. They are ONE after ANOTHER no resting. Once all the battles are done enter the portal that appears. Talk to the shrine to recieve Goldbrand (my favorite weapon) a blade that has a Fire Enchantment and a fixed 22 damage.

Clavicus Vile - Lvl req. 20 - Reward: Helm with +20 personality
o   Head southwest of the imperial city. The shrine is located inside the loop of Gold and Red Ring Roads. At the shrine talk to Ma'Raska. Your offering is 500 gold. Activate the shrine. Vile wants the Sword of Umbra. Head to Pell's Gate near Red Ring Road south of Imperial City and East of the Shrine.
o   If you hear voices ignore them (lol..) Once at Pell's Gate talk to Irroke the Wide. (East side of the settlement) Get his disposition up to 60+.  He'll explain that Lenwin found the Umbra Sword and has changed her name to Umbra. Reports say she is in Vindasel. Head west-northwest to the ruin. Get to Lenwin/Umbra easily. You have 3 options basically here.
o   Leave - You can simply walk away. Umbra is a tough fight so this isn't a bad decision.
o   Kill her - She wields umbra an excellent sword and has amazing armor on.
o   Kill her and return the sword - return the sword to Clavicus Vile's shrine will give you the Masque of Clavicus Vile which raises your personality 20 points. To my knowledge you must return the sword to do the final Daedric Quest. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hermaeus Mora - Req. Lvl 21 & Completion of ALL Daedric Quests
o   To do this quest you must complete all Daedric Quests, be lvl 21, be at the "Blood of the Daedra" questline in the Main Story. Go to Sleep / Doesn't matter where....
o   When you awaken Casta Flavus is talking to you. He gives you the shrine location. Head to it in the Jerall Mountains. No offering is required at the shrine. Activate it. You are to collect 10 souls from each race. You are given a soul trap spell to do so. In other words Serial Killer time. Recommendation by guide is to go back to the other Daedric Shrines and kill the worshippers for this quest. I found this to be the easiest and most practical. Here is the suggested path...
o   At Mora's Shrine grab the Dunmer Soul from Norasa Adus, the Imperial Soul from Bruscius Longus, and the Khajiit soul from Ri'Jirr. Next head to Peryite's Shrine. Grab the Altmer soul from Mirie, the Argonian soul from Kewan. Head to Sheogorath's shrine. Grab the Breton soul from Gregory Arne, and the Nord soul from Ortis. Next head to C;avicus Vile's shrine. Grab the Bosmer soul from Anedhel, and the Orc soul from Gul gro-Burbog. Lastly head to Meridia's shrine. Grab the Redguard soul from Demetrius.
o   Return to Hermaeus Mora's shrine. You are given the Oghma Infinium. It is a skill book that gives you several options. Steel, shadow, or spirit.... in other words.... combat, stealth, or magic stat sets.
o   Steel = Blade, Blunt, Heavy Armor (+10).......... Shadow = Speed, Acrobatics, Light Armor, Security, Sneak (+10).......... Spirit = Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Restoration (+10)
o   And you're done "Bam!"

I just noticed something weird. There was a battle in the streets at Talos Plaza and people killed Ontus Vanin. Is there any way I can now complete some of those quests?

Yes, you just have to find the shrine manually now. You don't have to talk to those people to start a shrine quest. It's just there so you'll know where to find the shrines in the first place.
