Did Anyone Else Have This Problem

on the cutscene when the copter crashes, i got a bunch of glitches like the scenes would freeze and no sound. but after the cutscene it was all gravy. just checking cause my 360 is practically new still.

Have you tried to replay the part with that cut scene to see if it happens again?  If it doesn't, then cool beans.  If it does, then you may have an issue with your disc ie. dirty, scratched etc.
