It makes sense to me.  60fps is some magic number that people think they need.  I'd rather have better graphics at 40fps than 'ok' graphics at 60fps.

I honestly cannot tell the difference on anything between 30 and 60 fps.  They look the same to me.  But once it dips below 25 fps, then i notice.

From what i understand, devs shoot for 60 fps, so when the game drops, and it will, it will not go below 30 fps, and thus you will not notice a drop in framerate.  It's really that simple.

60 fps is gay....
most games today run at 30...30 doesnt hurt it doesnt make the game less fun at all
wiht all the motion filters they have these days 30 fps looks exceptionaly good...
either way if the game isnt fun that 60 fps isnt worth shit
graphics != game play.
