Doa4 In Canada?

Does anyone know if DOA4 is available in Canada today?

IGN shows DEC 29th for JApan and US...and when I call the stores they are saying February. Bestbuy.ca doesn't even list i on their site

the two eb games stores in saskatoon i called said it would be in friday (30th)
