Using Dvd2xbox But Games Still Reset Or Freeze

Looked in a few different Forums for answers with no luck so far.  I've deleted the files in the E:/CACHE , backed up the games again , re-formatted , used the ACL Files , Tried different Dashes and have tried different Bios with no luck. Games play and then wil reset to start screen in the middle or beginning of game when playing them from the HDD. I've noticed that when I delete the files in the E:/CACHE that they somehow get back in there when I put another game on the HDD or play a game from the HDD. I'll delete them again and game will play for a minute and then reset. When I go and look the files are back in the CACHE. Should I delete the whole folder? Anyone else have this problem?
