Well, Xbox's reset when the HDD is removed or installed. Are you using an OEM or a generic HDD case? Aren't 750GB 2.5" drives thicker than 500GB and less drives? Did you have to modify the case to get the drive to fit? The wiring may be bad, the drive may be bad (Did you test it for bad blocks on a computer first?), there may be a short, or

Check thost items out first to narrow down where the problem is.

OEM case. Didn't have to mod anything as drive is 9.5mm in height. Brand new drive, test, no bad blocks.

Found 360 also hard resets on some GOD games when padding is removed, however, fifa 10 was full game.

All sorted. I resigned all my games which were fine, but I forgot to resign profile.
