Computer Requirements?

Hey dudes!

I got the VIA6421a pci card and i wonder if i can stick it in a PC with a Pentium 1 and like 16 or 32 MB/Ram.

Will it flash slower or something? Cause i really don't want to do it with my "good" computer.
