I don't know if it is possible to play ISO-format games directly from a HD.
My xbox is modded with a 120 Gig HD.
Now I use the program PX HDD-Loader for getting my games on my HD-drive, but I would prefer a tool that can play a game directly of a ISO-file.
So that I can FTP a new ISO game to my XboX and the right tool "reads" the file when I start the game
this way I can easily make a back-up from the ISO-files of my xbox if needed but also saves me a lot of space on my pc for the xbox games

hopefully this is possible, I couldn't find anything on the net for this

I don't think that possible mate.
The best thing is to use Qwix to automaticaly extract the iso to your Xbox on the fly which saves you the time of having to do it separatley.

It's not possible. Also, why would you want to do this? Why FTP the files to your PC, make an ISO then FTP the ISO back to your Xbox to play it? Why do that when you can just back it up using dvd2xbox?

Also, this isn't related to PC utilities.
