All I can say is 9 out of 10 issues are soldering-related... I would check each and every point with a magnifying glass and make for damn sure nothing is out of the ordinary...

Thanks for your reply.

I removed all the wires and chip and it works fine, with a wire going to that cpu pll there is no boot.
Nothing is touching so I don't know, tested with a voltmeter.

You did flash the chip right? Also, when you turn it on with it all wired up, does the LED on the chip turn on? Do you hear the Xbox spin up and down? Do the LED's on the chip turn from red to green, and then back to red at all?

sounds like he hasnt even read the nand and flashed the .ecc file.

Man do you know that rgh will not boot a stock dashboard.

I believe I have never had an issue booting stock with the chip on..
But the problem here and I'm not sure if anyone knows I just have a wire going to that point not touching anything or connecting back to the chip and the console will not boot until that wire is removed.
