I would have to say fake-fakity-fake-fake-fake.

An english translation of the 2 line "description":

"Premodded XBox360 which allows you to play copied games. Includes premium kit and the mod."

The only way I could see is a firmware hack, but they're certainly going to have to provide a bit more proof than that..
