I Opened...now 3 Red Lights...

So I opened my xbox 360 in an attempt to flash the firmware. Unfortunately I have an MS28 so I was unsuccessful. But now I have the 3 red lights issue. I don't understand how I may have caused this.

I grounded everything if thats our first guess.

Any suggestions on how I may fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
