Its not working when i plug it in! Is there any reason for this?

according to your other thread, its formatted in NTFS. the xbox 360 wont read NTFS drives, it needs to be FAT32 or HFS+

use "macdrive" program to get HFS+ then it will work

Depends, Fat32 will only support 4 gigs per video file.  However with the mac format HFS+ it unlimited.  If you got some hdtv videos you will probably want to go with HFS+ but you will need macdrive 7 for your computer (it isnt free sad.gif ).  Its really a shame the 360 cant support NTFS...but oh well.
