Mkv Aspect Ratios Once Converted To Mp4 For 360

I did this tutorial: Easy Mkv To Mp4 For Xbox 360  and I have the same problem. The best I could do was change the video properties in YAMP to either 16:9 NTSC or PAL. This would help a little bit, but NTSC is still a little too stretched and PAL is a little too squished.
