Question About Sharing Movie Files To 360..

Hello all, I have my 360 hooked up to my computer with windows media connect and i can watch some of the video files on my computer. But only some. Anyone know what to do?

media connect can't handle divx/xvid/ogm other popular movie formats, look into tversity, there are some tutorials here on the board if you look around.

360 is only able to support windows media video (for obvious reasons, M$ has no right to use the divx/avi format). Unless as Reaper527 mentioned you run TVersity media server on your pc, you can then stream divx's and let Tversity convert them to wmv on the fly for you.
