Recording Solutions For 360 Hd Output

I'm trying to find a solution that will let me record gameplay videos at the optimal image quality.

There doesn't seem to be any consumer level PVR cards out there that I can use, but maybe there's a set top box / HD VCR that will act as a pass through and let me record while playing.

Is anyone using one?  What model?
