You can play them as long as you have a Media Center PC. They indeed are fantasic. They wont play from disc however which is something I hope m$ fixes.

Yes if you use VMware. This is how I do it and it works great.

Are you talking about the VMware Player ?

Do I also need the Browser Appliance Virtual Machine ?

Windows MCE2005 IS Windows XP with some enhanced functionality.  The only difference I noticed is that there is the Media Center program.  I don't use XP Pro anymore because MCE is XP with some extra flavoring...  You don't need VMWare to run MCE in XP... just use MCE instead of XP.  As for the WMVHD, I haven't tried many, but hopefully they'll broaden the functionality of it as it's pretty damn cool.

when ever I try using vm machine it tells me media center cant use the video drivers and I cant get it to hook up with the 360 how did you get this to work?Everytime I try it, seems to install fine but It never ask me for the key to install.What am I doing wrong?

I have MCE 2005 running on my PC and it wont stream those clips to my 360. Not sure why, has anyone tried those video from the first post of this thread?? I'd sure like to get this feature to work with my 360, I love watching HD videos. I watch INHD all the time on TV. Can someone help. My 360 says their is a disk error when trying to stream it.
