These are great and cheap modded setups. Comes with 1 controller, power and av cables.

Xecuter 2.3b comes with dipswitchs and external on/off switch.

Drives come with at least 1 year warranty some as many as 3 years. Systems guaranteed against DOA.

Check out pictures here of the black lights in the controller ports, also the power button as pictured will be half red half green. The black lights look blue in the pictures but they are much more violet in person.

Black Lights

Each system comes with applications installed (xbmp, xbmc, dvd2xbox, boxplorer, dvd region free etc.... pretty standard app package) and is fully tested prior to shipment.

Chips come with cromwell bios and flash disc. You flash your own chip, instructions and flash disc provided. Machine is up and running within 5 minutes.

HD comes locked and preconfigured with all apps, system runs evox dash.

two expensive i can go get a 120 gb hdd for $80 and modify the hdd and put that bad boy in my xbox.

Sounds like some thread crapping to me. But I think he means modded system *with* 120GB hard drive for $275, which sounds like a good deal to me.
