No it shouldent matter.

Full is better but half works too. If it is saying you are running 10/Half in evox that means whatever your xbox is connected to only supports that. otherwise it would have auto detected 100/Full

10mbit is fast enought because i seriously doubt your internet connection is even that fast.

Also how is you network set up?

is you xbox connected directly to your PC via Crossover cable

How are you connected to the internet?

or are you using a Hub? Router? Switch?
