Could This Be A Reason For Getting Banned

I just realized that I replaced the entire C drive about 2 weeks ago to switch over to MXM...well the original bootup didnt work after that so i used my xboxbackup that i did about 2 years ago to put the files back on...do you think this also reloaded my old EEProm that was banned (i had to put a new one in about 3 months ago)
