lets say they make a program to regenerate the hd key and change the live key that would unban u... couldnt they just make it so it regenerates on every boot so its impossible to be banned ??

great idea, one problem, we cant generate hdkeys, do u think thats problem enough? lol i wish we could. Are we even close?

Probably not on the fly at every xbox boot...
even though that would probably bring the MS xbox Live banning practice to its knees...
but more than likely a serial eeprom generator that could be uploaded and then flashed at will.
