first off before u take what i was telln a op on irc shit n post it u should atleast have the whole thing correct.

k heres the deal ppl u can play online with copied games i wrote the guide yesterday n sent it to these guys, so if it gets posted it does but here it is.

Ok now im adding in the txt with info for the different ways to ground for each bios, plus the picture for the 2 solder points, and bios itself...

1st.- u need to flashfxp into ur original xbox hd, and send this bios into C:\Bios. Then while still connected u need to change ur evoxdash to yboxdash.xbe. Then u need send
another xboxdash.xbe to C:\ also.

2nd - U must reboot

3rd - Then u need to flash to that multibios.bin. Then it will power off, then it will load up the yboxdash since u dont have the  2 wires grounded yet.

4th - Finally now u need to solder those 2 wires to the points that r included in this rar.
Now after u solder those 2 points u need to make them like 6in's long. When u goto put the board back in pull those 2 wires through the metal square holes to the left of the board, so there on the outside of the case. So u have easy axx to it just to take tape off n put back on for when u want to play the copied games.

5th - Reason for those is the following,
When u have the 2 wires ungrounded it boots from yboxdash.xbe which is Evox 2.4.
When u have the 2 wires grounded it boots to original dash so u can choose live settings and what not...

5 - So now that u have ur tsop flashed with multibios, and have yboxdash.xbe and xboxdash.xbe in ur c:, And have those 2 wires in and pulled through the metal holes.
U can now ground those 2 wires on the outside metal casinging, i use tape, i will explain that when i tell u how to use copied games. So now u boot up to original dash so now u cant put copies in yet so put in the xbox live disk in so it updates ur xboxdash.xbe. k after thats done do ur account if u have to.

6 - Now to play copied games, Some games u need to rent so they update, like NFL2K3 u need to have it update fully, same with NBA2k3 and Ghost Recon, once u have them do that first update u can now use copies online to play them. Heres how u do it now u have those 2 wires ungrounded so it will load up to the evox menu, then when evox is up tape both of those 2 wires back the metal. Then open the tray put the copied game in like i did nfl2k3 make sure ur evox auto starts games, it will load up then select live n then ur in. Its that simple. Same with the other games but u need to rent the originals so u can have them update fully. Then u can use copies till they ask for the game to update again.

Now u can also add i switch too by taking those 2 ground points n putting them together n put it on the switch as 1 wire then put another wire on the switch n u can just ground it to the metal casing. Then bang u got the switch to use ur original bios or evox 2.4.

Just tried this and it works! I just played a backup of NBA2K3 on Live! Screw you Pill and MS!

It's not a very eloquent solution, but it's a start. The only bad thing is I don't see any way around having to use the original dvd rom drive instead of the much faster pc dvd rom I have installed....since evox will not autoplay any backup games you put in the 2nd dvd rom drive.

well i keep auto play on my original hd for evox,

but when i put my 120gig hd in to play my games off it i dont have auto on.
I know it works i had it done for a few days now, ive been telln ppl my guide was coming so i just threw one together, and alot of the ppl out here in xbox scene know who i am. So its all good just tryn to help out the lamers who dont no shit n sayn u cant play copies.

Ok good job. i am going to try this today however one problem. Where can i get your turtorial.. Is it just the ground wire on your external mod. I am not fimilar what wires and stuff you are talking about. If you have those pics somewhere in a zip file or something that would be helpful thanks

also one more question. If i may about how long you been using this method. Freaking xblive finally banned my xbox. After trying things like this. So if i am going to try this i need to get another mb or something. thanks

I've tried this with Ghost Recon, NFL2K3, NBA2K3, and Moto GP and it works for all of them...so I don't see why it shouldn't work with Mechassault.

um where can we look at these pictures to ground, i love grounding stuff, anyone try grounding half the adress lines and turning on the xbox, you might get some groovy sounds, oh ya that and 4Mb bios size support?

mechassult dont work off hdd i will have to try it off dvdr when they get here. but as far as ur?s about gettn the multibios u need to goto #xbins n get it. and im not hard to find just ask me for it on irc..

I made my own for the ppl with 3944 kernals, casue the original multibios.bin only had 4304 so just let me no what ones u want.
