Help: Dxun Temple Puzzle
« on: December 28, 2004, 01:22:00 AM »

In the Sith temple on Dxun, there are the ancent termnals, which are kind of like a logic and math puzzle. The logic one was easy, C. But the math one,,,,  err... I tired one sequence that seems like it would work, but it doesnt. Its been to long since I have taken a math class, basic algebra is kicking my ass here.

If anybody out there would please share the answer, it would be cool.

*SPOILER*
These operators dont work for me, the math is good, but it still blows up in my face!
(6*2)-8+9*1=13
I also tried, with no luck.
(6*2)-8+9/1=13

I wonder if this is an error caused by running the game from the HDD.

thanks for the help just the same.

the second one won't work because if you divide everything by 1, the answer is 1. the first one should work, it worked for me.

Somebody needs to go back to math class....

Dividing everything by 1 doesn;t change the number at all.....it is like multiplying it by 1.  For example......2 divided by 1 is still 2, the same for 3.5, 4.7, and 2.2292029863, as with every other number.
