Ive seen two different release dates posted by sellers. One is in October and the other is in December. Only one may survive. Perhaps someone could just post the release date.

I put the dates listed on Gamefly and Walmart websites.
I suppose no one really knows the answer?

From What I have read there is a good chance that the xbox version might not be out until early 2005.

Actually, and I cant believe Im saying this, Infamous One is right. It might be March '05 or it may not. When its done is the right answer and its the one that the developer has continued to spout. Could care less, only game in 05 im excited about is Forza.

Here's what was said in the December issue of GamePro (page 30):

Doom 3 (Xbox): The eagerly awaited console version of the PC smash Doom 3 probably won't be released until 2005. No exact release date has been set, and in keeping with id's mantra, the game will ship, "When it's done."

It dosn't really even matter to me, I have the PC version, and I wasn't too impressed with it. oh yeah, the graphics are amazing.

But still, I just never was a big Doom fan to begin with and maybe that is why I didn't enjoy it that much, I'm more partial to Half Life, Thats what I'm waiting for Half Life 2, oh yeah.......

i played the pc version at my buddies and liked it alot. i really liked how the made the enimies turn to ashes when killed like in the movie blade. good choice because there really isn't any other good way to making enemies bodies disapear in front of you, and leaving them just bogs down the game.
