Wtf?! Letters Don't Match S-rank Weps!?

K I just found out how to name s-ranks so i tried it. but some weird sh!t happened. I typed in the hex values 5261 696E 2773 which in text stand for Rain's but when I made my character that was supposed to get Rain's Mechguns it came out saying something completely different than Rain's. It said sakz[nir] or something like that. So my question is. What values stand for which letters in the alphabet? I say a previous post which said how to mkae the umybitch twins. I tried typing in the text but different values came out than the ones that were supposed to. Plz people I was really anxious to make some custom s-ranks but this problem really fuked it for me.

ok I got the letters part but I don't undertsand what he meant by place the values starting on offset 00002173. I thought s-ranke names were supposed to be placed were the %'s are supposed to be?
