yes you could buy a eeprom and use it to get back online since your eeprom is banned or you can always go buy a new xbox, but you don't need a new account since your account doesn't get banned.

That eeprom stuff is useless to you if it was banned, your going to need to buy a new eeprom in the buy/sell forum. Just find the thread with EEPROMS for sale as the title I bought one from him a long time ago and got it instantly just send it over and just use config magic (XDK content CANT PROVIDE DOWNLOAD LINK) and just swap eeproms.
