Ppf With Pso

I got PSO and the PPF that lets you play offline without Xbox live, but when ever I use PPF o Matic and try to play the game nothing has changed and I can't play the game. (I bought the xbox used and someone had Xbox live before me, but I can't figure out the 4 digit password you must use to play it!) Is there any help for me?

I have been looking in forums all day searching to find something related to this, but I can't find anything!
