How Hard Would It Be To Make A Gladiator Arena

I was wondering how hard it would be to make a custom map where one can go against 3 or how ever many elites in a small arena with rocks to hide behide, and the elites will start to respond after you kill all three.  it will also be helpful if you can send me to a link to a tuturial or a readme that can teach me how to make it. it will be even better if someone can make it for me but i doubt it. please help. RT
