sorry I am a total noob for gta modding i am a morrowind modder so can any one help me

My brother would like a monster truck in the game is that possible if so can anyone give this to me or tell me where it is

and while your at it can you tell me how to install it thanks so much from you friendly nieghborhood noob :blink:
