I have tried some Gta:VC SCM editors but they are unique to the game so they just don't load the San Andreas SCM file

I have tools, and im asking for another tool, a main.scm editor. Thats obviously why i made this topic. We're still deciding on the name of the island but its going to probably have a airport, harbor, fast-food, etc... and the airport is going to be a big garage that you can save your planes in. There's also going to be a 3 or 4 level car garage to park maybe 30-50 cars in. Not sure how many it will fit yet.

im not talking about San Andreas tools, i still have the old versions, but not all the old tools have stopped working, so i;m fine for now. I just need a San Andreas main.scm editor
