Bouncing Things

Doen anyone know how to do this? i played a mod with bouncing plasma grenades, ans was wondering if it could be done with other projectiles.

Well, i found that it is Metadata + 1E8    replaced with 33 33 33 3F   but it only works with Plasma Nades, Frags, and speeds up needles
