Garage.bin is a collection of ... uhm... your 'GARAGE'!!
It has nothing to do with decals.bin.
But by your intellgent problem solving you've deduced they both contain the same filetype.... '.bin'... Good Job. However, they ARE NOT the same file!

I don't understand what you need it for.  If you can't retrieve it then you can't put it back.  Anyways Pedro's Tools has a ORGdecals.bin file including all of the original decals in the game so just bindump that.

i can make a new decals.bin file with pedros toolz but that will not include all of the original decals so i will have to switch between them. pedros tools does not have the original on it and i want the original so i can just add decals
