Vice20X Commodore VIC-20 Emulator port for XBox v4

http://xport.xbox-scene.com
http://viceteam.bei.t-online.de/

What's new:

 - Can now use LTHUMB stick to move cursor on keyboard menu.

 - AutoBoot games (see below)

 - Cartridges easier to use now (see below)

IMPORTANT NOTES
===============

Cartridges
----------

Your cartridge files should all be 4098 or 8194 bytes in size and have no
extension or a .PRG extension.

On the game configuration screen, enable all 5 RAM Blocks.

To load a single-part cartridge game, just load it as normal.  It should auto-load
the game and then "RUN" it.  After this, go to the Options Menu and select
"SYS64802 (to start cartridges)".  Return to the game and it should start.

To load a 2-part cartridge game, load the first part (the A000 part) normally.
Then when it has loaded, go to the Options Menu, select "Load Second Part of
Cartridge" and select the second game file.  When you are back at the options
menu, select "SYS64802 (to start cartridge)" and return to the game.  It should
auto-load the game, run it and execute the SYS command to start it.

Certain games (like Pole Position) require the IRQ to be disabled before
executing the SYS command.  In this case, select "Disable IRQ and SYS64802 (to
start cartridges)" instead of "SYS64802".

Other games require a different SYS command to start them.  Consult google and
then manually type in the SYS command.

AutoBoot Games
--------------

This allows people to configure a CD/DVD such that when it boots, it will boot
directly into the specified game.

If you place a file called BOOT.INI in the same directory as your DEFAULT.XBE, then
the filename specified in that file will be automatically loaded upon startup.
Similarly, if you place BOOT.KEY and BOOT.STG in the same directory, then the
controller configuration (BOOT.KEY) and settings (BOOT.STG) will be used if none
already exist for the game specified in BOOT.INI.  Create these boot.key and boot.stg
files from the existing configuration files for a particular game in the
E:\SAVES\<emulator> directory.

Sample BOOT.INI contents:

d:\gamename.zip

Stella, Gnuboy, SMSPlus, FCEUltra, HUGO, NeoPop, DGen, Bochs, HUGO-CD,

cartridges where much easier... it was the cassette tape games that were a bitch... you'd have to play throught the whole tape until you get the game you want to load.. and that took a long time... I can't beleive I used to own a Vic 20....
