source means that you need to compile it using the XDK (xbox dev kit) to make an xbe. The source is put out there for people to look at the programming code and make their own versions of it. What you need to do is find the binary. Binaries are the end result after compiling a source. They tend to be harder to find because binaries contain copyrighted M$ code and can't be freely distributed. You can find this binary at "the usual place". Once you've found it just run it like an app.
