For the record: Complex "MenuX" is a hacked version of the M$ demo menu system, packaged with a program that builds the config files.

I've also seen a program floating around called MenuX Title Launcher packaged by the WAM group.  I suspect this the same MS Demos menu.  It is also quite possibly the same as the Complex MenuX.  I haven't tried either of them yet.  I'm happy with MXM because it gives me a lot of control to customize the look and feel so I can have cool themed compilation disks.
