Evox M8_16 Bios (not Plus) Big Hd Support?

i've got a x2.6 in a v1.6 xbox, and i heard that i'm safer using the M8_16 bios vs. using the "plus" version - however when i open it in evtools - the options for adjusting the large HD support are grayed out - does that mean that it doesn't support large drives?  if I want to use a big drive should i use the plus version which i noticed didn't have that option grayed out.......?  thanks in advance.....

m8plus_16 is just fine for your xbox/chip, and is in fact reccommended... Evtool 1.0.9 only supports m8+, which explains your greyed out issue ;)
