It shouldnt make a difference what bios is used when launching the xboxdash. If you flash back to an evox bios does it work again?
Ive never had any problem accessing the MS dashboard with any version of the xecuter bios. You could try using the tHc dashboard, if your normal dash is a bit cocked up the hacked one shouldnt be.
