Can somebody tell me what size the xbox v1.0-v1.5?

The BIOS itself is only 256KB. On the older versions (1.0-1.2 I believe) the TSOP size is 1MB, so the BIOS is mirrored 4 ways. I think from v1.3 on, the TSOP size is only 256KB. Don't quote me on this unless someone can verify I'm not pulling numbers out of my ass (which happens sometimes). BTW, I'm referring to the size of the original BIOS.

I'm pretty sure that the v1.0-v1.1 uses 1meg and v1.3-v1.5 uses 256k. What i'm not sure is about the v1.2.  I've heard 256k and also heard 1meg.  Can someone verify this? has anyone done it before? thanks

v1.2 - v1.5 use a 256Kb TSOP
