Hi just got a Xecuter 2.2 Lite Plus Mod Chip, the Do is aligned lights come on and I get a Cromwell Bios (Ocasionally when it feels like it

I have a 4977 bios which I heard is stable and so want to use that.

How do you update the modchip bios using CD-RW / what format do you put the bios on the cd in, Data cd ?? XISO ??

help to upgrade bios using cd-rw would be great
