What Bios Should I Use?

Are you using the latest version of XBTool?  Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "x2 4977 no-modchip exploit"...if you're using one of the exploits, then where is this BIOS going?

the newest pheonix project RAR (bios file included named xboxrom.bin)
directly into the C drive
