There should be an error code number displayed on that screen in the top corner. Can you let us know what it is, and if you made an changes recently to the box?

Error Code: 21

Desc:
Typically means you're missing .xip files on your c: drive, or you have .xip's from a different (wrong) dashboard version.

Solution: To fix simply restore a complete backup of the c: drive.

Create a boot disc for Evox to gain ftp access back to ur box and then copy accross which ever file seems to be missing. Or just use Slayers auto-installer and install evox and the m$ dash again.  Tutorials for boot discs can be found in the tuts section.

Slayers website can be foundHERE
