If you are referring to 1906 then I still don't get this as all electronic devices I have seen that accept two digit dates for the year state that this date is between 1930 and 2029 and therefore would not in-clude 1906, maybe someone else can clarify why people refer to 19xx as the two digit dates?
Edit: Why does it keep changing in-clude to have a hyphen in it when I am typing it correctly?
