Wrong Image (album Art) Showing In Xbmc...
« on: July 06, 2005, 05:58:00 PM »

i know with xbe's, you just put in an image and change the extension to tbn and it works.  maybe you have to do that?  i have a similar problem-- on songs where the artist is different, but the album name is the same (ie- "greatest hits" because that is common), then they all have the same image.  in the changelog there was supposedly a work around for this, but i haven't figured out what it is, or how to work it.  i have the 7/5 build (yesterday) btw.

browse your xbox directories under xbmc, and find anything called cache. Go in and nuke all the thumbnails contained there-in.

Next time you access your share, you hear the harddrive chatterring as it re-gets all the thumbs.

Delete albums/thumbs, and the music database.

Reboot.

Rescan.
