Ftp Issue Transfering Certain Files

I am having problems transfering certain files at times. FlashFXP gives the error, "cannot access file" and Craxtion4 does not transfer the file either. The file i am currently having the problem with is a movie file, but i have seen the issue with other files in the past. "transfer failed" message is seen before the file even starts to transfer. any ideas?
