First thing to do is change the settings on your xbox.  The tuts give you the usual settings, but I can see from your info that the router is setup a little different than usual.

Set the Xbox as follows

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.2
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

and while you are at it

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 204.127.202.4
216.148.227.68

A-Bomb47:

Is your Xbox connected to your router, or a second network card in your PC?

If your Xbox is connected to your router, you likely need the IP address to be 192.168.1.x (x being uniqu to the xbox i.e not 1 (that is what the router is) or 2 or 100 (that is likely what you PC is), use 77 or something).

I have never acctualy done the 2 NIC meathod with an xbox, so not too much help.  But go over the tutorials again, paying close attentin to the details.  If you have not yet tried this tutorial, try it

Networking xbox to pc using 2 network cards (aka Ethernet cards. NIC’s) (v0.1)

Why dont you plug your WAN cable into the router and run just one network card on the PC?
