Hdd Driver

The problem i am having is when i got all the files and tried to run the program i get 2 errors.  

1.  The DRIVER.EXE file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:GetFileSizeEx.

2. A device attached to the sytem is not functioning.

I know i have my HDD unlocked since my comp can see it in the bios.  If anyone has any suggestions please let me know i have looked through this whole forum and i cant find a solution.
