i'm a little confused.. you get a dirty disc error when you load the games off the hd?

i didn't know that was possible!

try reformatting the hd and loading the files on it again.. maybe that'll help..

9 times out of 10, that means you either installed it wrong, it needs a patch, or the person who took it off of the CD, well, did that wrong.

The problem that you speak of deals in the game that you got, i.e. the matrix. Look for the patches available (you should apply 2 of them) hint hint.
