xDuke v1.0 ported by A600

This port is based on JFDuke3D and it was possible thanks to the SDLx libs by Lantus,
Jonof and Mephisto.

Copy duke3d.grp, defs.con, game.con, user.con to the folder where
you installed xDuke

This port supports HDTV modes but it you want to use the 720p mode, you must run
the default720.xbe or rename it to default.xbe

GRP SELECTOR
------------

Edit the wads.cfg included and add as many entries as you want.

The syntax is very easy:

[name displayed] = [commandline options]

Copy it to the xDuke folder along with the grps and cons.
Next time you run xDuke, a grps selector will be displayed.
If the wads.cfg only has one entry, the grps selector won't appear
and it'll run that entry.

You can add up to 4000 entries.

Here is an example:

#Duke3D grps
Duke Nukem 3D =
Caribbean - Life is a Beach = /xvacation.con /gvacation.grp
Nuclear Winter = /xnwinter.con /gnwinter.grp
Penthouse Paradise = /xppakgame.con /gpenthous.grp
Starship Troopers = /xsst.con /gsst.grp
The Gate = /xthegate.con /gthegate.grp

KNOWN BUGS
----------

- Polymost renderer has some minor graphic glitches (this is a JFDuke3D bug)

CONTROLS
--------

Left Analog       -> Move Forward/Backward - Strafe
Left Analog Thumb    -> Crouch
Right Analog       -> Turn Right/Left - Look Up/Down
Right Analog Thumb    -> Center View
Left Trigger       -> Run
Right Trigger       -> Shoot
White          -> Use MedKit
Black          -> Quick Kick
A         -> Activate - Select Menu Option - Confirm
B          -> Use Inventory Object - Back to the Previous Menu
Y          -> Map On/Off
DPad Up       -> Next Weapon
DPad Down       -> Previous Weapon
DPad Left       -> Inventory Left
DPad Right       -> Inventory Right
Start         -> [ESCAPE]
Back         -> Jetpack

xShadow v1.0 ported by A600

This port is based on JFShadowWarrior and it was possible thanks to
the SDLx libs by Lantus, Jonof and Mephisto.

Copy sw.grp to the folder where you installed xShadow.

This port supports HDTV modes but it you want to use the 720p mode, you must run
the default720.xbe or rename it to default.xbe

AUDIO TRACKS
------------

Only shareware version has midi music. Full version comes with CD audio tracks.
If you want music with the full version, rip the tracks from your original CD with
some util like CDex and convert them to .ogg (mp3s aren't supported)

The files must be renamed track02.ogg - track03.ogg .... track14.ogg and copied to
the \music folder.

Great to hear that a newer Duke 3d is available.  Any chance of porting Blood (one of my all time favorites)?
