At least 1/2... I'd say more like 2/3.  I'm in the depths of combining real-world dynamics with network synchronization... It's quite the bitch =]

But I'd honestly say it's the toughest thing left... pretty much the last core part of the engine besides particle effects (which aren't too terrible).  After that, just the rest of the gameplay code.

It's going well.  I decided a few weeks ago on a final physics sdk to use, so I'm neck deep in physics for the last time.

Dear Uber, I just got my c for dummies book and I think I know how to use this Visual Studio thing. I would allow you the pleasure of having me be head coder on your team.   ph34r.gif

But seriously, sucks pricewatch is raping you. I didn't know they even charged for their site. Guess I'll have to stop using it until they get some better practices.

How's it going Pete.

Actually, pricewatch pulled their heads out of their a$$es.  They don't charge customers... just vendors.  Nevertheless, they returned to the old fixed-rate system as a result of the massive flak they received.

It's called "Jihad" because that's what popped into my head when I decided to start the project.  It is not to be taken seriously.

Just curious if you are going to need any help with any artwork (title screen, textures, etc)... or start up a 'contest' to give the winner an early beta copy for the best titlescreen submission, or if not that just put the winners name in the credits or something. There are lots of us willing to help out, just shout out if you need anything. Any way you can make a 'real time strategy' version of this? where you can make it like command and conquer and link up? Out of ALL of the xbox games (homebrew, corporate, and emulators), there is not ONE link-up rts game. Keep up the good work!
