Xport NeoGenesis v25 Madmab Edition Skin

-this is my first skin for madmab edition emu. i made one a very long time ago when xport was around for neogenesis but its long gone. so i thought i'd go with a look no one has done before. sonic the hedgehog isn't used very much for emulators. i fact he's often forgotten by the masses. anywho, this skin looks similar to a Final Burn Console skin i released a while back. you have three different game selection screens to choose from. one thing about this skin is that you can custimize it to a certain point. if you don't like the size of a screen adjust to your liking.
anyway, hope you enjoy it.
p.s. i was gonna attempt to make guilou999 version of this but never got around to it.
NOTE: BE SURE TO PICK A SKIN CONFIG WHEN FIRST USE THIS.
