I was wondering if i can install my solderless xenium into my other xbox i won and flash the onboard bios w/o soldering.  I SUCK at soldering and dont wanna even attempt to solder on it.  If it isnt possible to do then i will have to get another chip, the second xbox is going into my blazer with 4 7" widescreen monitors to play on the go.   Thanx to all for help.

You HAVE to solder to flash the tsop no matter what, unless you do it ghetto style with a conductive ink or paint.  Also, you cant boot off the chip and flash the tsop, you must run an exploit and flash that way.  To flash the tsop you must boot off it.
